I am a qualified and experienced psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist (MSc). I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC). I work within the BACP and BPC ethical frameworks for good practice.

 

I offer a compassionate and confidential environment, where people can feel safe to explore difficulties in life and relationships in a way that is accepting and non-judgmental.
 

Over more than 12 years, I have worked successfully with a wide variety of clients, supporting them through difficult times by helping them to express and understand their thoughts and feelings, transform the relationship with themselves and others, and live their life more confidently. 

 

I will bring my own interpretations and reflections, whenever I think they can help. Having an interest in unconscious meanings and processes, I integrate psychoanalytic and especially Jungian approaches in an open and creative way, for instance, when working with dreams, personal or interpersonal experiences. I may also employ creative approaches, such as working with art materials.
