HOW TO START?
Starting therapy can be a troubling decision in itself, which can bring anxiety ... but perhaps more importantly it reinforces the hope for change.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
After our first contact, I usually arrange for an initial "session", as an opportunity for us to discuss in more detail the issues you want help with. This will help both of us form an idea of how I could help you and what the therapy will be like. We can then agree to meet for certain number of sessions or for a longer period of therapy.
Sessions are held at a regular time every week and will be for 50 minutes.
My fees are £60 per hour. I do have some spaces for reduced rates (negotiable).
I charge a full fee for missed sessions or cancellations made less than 14 days prior to an arranged session. If anything unexpected prevents us to meet, I strive to offer a replacement session within a week.
