HOW TO START?
Starting therapy can be a troubling decision in itself, which can bring a mix of anxiety and hope.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
After our first contact, I usually arrange for an initial "session", as an opportunity for us to discuss in more detail the issues you want help with. This will help both of us form an idea of how I could help you and what the therapy will be like. We can then agree to meet for certain number of sessions or for a longer period of therapy.
Sessions are held at a regular time every week and will be for 50 minutes.
Regular sessions are offered at a sliding scale starting from £65. I do occasionally have spaces at reduced rates (negotiable).
